Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued through the same method in which the payment was made, which is Cash on Delivery. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain handmade and customized items may not be eligible for return or refund. We will inform you of this before completing your purchase.
